Ukrainian Art at Ffos Las Racecourse

On June 22nd and 29th, visitors to Ffos Las Racecourse had a unique opportunity to experience a powerful fusion of art, culture, and compassion. Ukrainian artist Nataliia Zabolotska presented a collection of her detailed and expressive artworks, primarily featuring horses, alongside floral and landscape motifs. Her exhibition drew attention not only for its technical mastery but for the moving story it told—the story of rescued horses from Ukraine.

This special exhibition was more than an art display. It served as a platform to raise awareness and gather support for Ukrainian horses saved from war-affected areas. Many attendees were deeply touched by the narrative behind each painting, learning about the difficult circumstances faced by animals during the ongoing conflict and the remarkable efforts made to protect and care for them.

Thanks to the support from Kevin Hire and the Ffos Las Racecourse team, the event ran smoothly and warmly welcomed guests. The venue’s high standards and the kindness of its staff left a lasting impression on both the organisers and visitors.

Importantly, the exhibition also kickstarted a fundraising campaign to support winter feed for rescued horses. Every contribution—no matter how small—plays a crucial role in ensuring these animals receive the care they need.
