Energetic Zumba fitness classes are starting at the Ukrainian Hub in Cardiff, offering participants a fun way to stay active through Latin-inspired dance and music.

Led by instructor Uliana, the classes begin on 5th November and will take place every Wednesday at 6pm. The sessions promise an energetic workout set to Latin music rhythms, combining fitness with entertainment in a lively, supportive atmosphere.

Organisers emphasise that participants don’t need any particular fitness level to join – the main goal is to move, enjoy the music, and have fun. The classes are designed to help people charge up with energy, lift their spirits, and get satisfaction from movement, regardless of their dance experience or fitness background.

The sessions will be held at the Ukrainian Hub, providing a convenient and welcoming venue for the community. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated during the workout.

Those interested in joining the Zumba classes can find more information and register by contacting @yourdesignerod on Telegram. The initiative adds to the growing range of fitness and wellbeing activities available to the Ukrainian community in Cardiff, promoting both physical health and social connection through dance and movement.
