The Ukrainian Hub, located in the Capitol Centre in Cardiff, is forced to cease operations at its current location due to major reconstruction plans for the building. The Hub’s last day of operation will be March 3rd.
During its existence, the Hub has become a vital support centre and cultural focal point for the Ukrainian community in Cardiff. It has housed the Ukrainian library, hosted various classes and events, and most importantly, became a genuine space for joy and mutual support for Ukrainians.
“The hub has become a wonderful space for joy and support for Ukrainians, a home for our library and many classes and events,” the organizers note.
The Ukrainian Hub team expresses sincere gratitude to The Capitol management for their support throughout the past year and is actively searching for new premises to continue their important work.
“We are working very hard to find new premises and solutions,” the organizers announce and invite the community to join in the search for a new location.
